As Customer Support, I act as a link between clients and the right individuals within the organization. I ensure the clients’ needs, concerns, and requirements are effectively facilitated to the relevant departments and individuals within Captario, acting as a communication bridge for client satisfaction.

As Content Specialist, I am responsible for overseeing and developing content creation for the Captario brand, acting as a project leader for various brand initiatives, coordinating external brand communications, and optimizing the effectiveness of the marketing department. The role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication skills.

Working in Boston, I had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and experience in the field of business and entrepreneurship. Through this position, I developed a deeper understanding of business relations in an international setting and their impact on various industries.

In addition to my responsibilities as an intern, I was also given the opportunity to lead the SACC-NE collaboration project, called Life Science Bridge. This project, which is a partnership between the chambers of San Diego and San Francisco, aimed to facilitate greater collaboration in the life science sector. Through my involvement in this project, I was able to demonstrate my leadership skills, including the ability to effectively manage a team, communicate with stakeholders, and drive the project towards successful completion.
